Sigma 000M-18 je akustična gitara veličine 000-14 Fret s gornjom pločom od čvrste smreke, te stražnjom i bočnim pločama od mahagonija. Vrat je od mahagonija, konjić je od prave kosti a prstohvat je od micarta materijala koji daje odličan attack i definirani ton.
Skala je 25.4" (645 mm), a širina vrata kod konjića je 44,5 mm. Gitara je opremljena s Grover niklovanim navijačima (open gear) i D'Addario EXP16 žicama.
